To all,
I thought I would try Bob Orme's suggestion of posting some of the older articles and notes to give everyone an idea of how the *P* board use to be:

Jim's Corner

I want to thank the individual who sent me a question via E-Mail, however in the future I would like the question posted here. I am sure others may have the same question. If I am willing to invest my time the least one can do is post the question publicly.<g> Now, the question was why are the older Moulin Rouge chips drilled and how much are the worth undrilled?

I believe the undrilled MR chips are worth much more than listed in the chip guides. I have a standing offer to pay $125.00 (today - $200.00) for each undrilled $5.00 chip either the can-can girl (N1942) or the Eiffel Tower (N1943). I have yet to be notified by a seller of either of these chips. When the MR was raided everyone grabbed the $100.00 and fled. This is why you will see more $100.00 undrilled for sale than any other denom. A little high in my opinion. As far as the $25.00 - I have not seen one that was undrilled. I do know they are around. the chips were drilled by the government after the raid. Hope this answers your question. Best, Jim
