Turning Stone Casino allows smoking on the gaming floor, but not in the Poker Room, and I really appreciate it when I play there. The room is fairly open, so smokers can step just outside of it, and still enjoy a cigarette without even losing a blind. I think this is the way to go, and will probably add years to the dealer's lives.
