I guess I am the nubee (R4440) and I would like my two cents worth on the
subject of "The Club" I have been a chipper for about two years since my
son passd away and left me his collection (small and local). The Club and
its members (the R numbers) have been an important addition to my hobby.
first of all, most of my purchases of chips except from casinos have been
from Club members. One member has been a mentor and very helpfull in the
progression of my hobby. Where else can I go where I can put a money order
in the mail with confidence. The R number and the ethics that go with it
are important to me. Dedicated collectors/dealers will gravitate toward
the Club and that makes The Club an asset to me. Let it get as big as in
can as long as the code of ethics remain. Gil
