The Strike Point requires users to enroll before they can make posts. Once you are enrolled, you must use the enrolled name and password.

Since it is a public-use site, it is possible that someone else is already using the User Name you want to use, or you have previously set-up an account there.

To ask more detailed questions go back to their site and click their webmaster email link at the bottom of the Message Index page. Then ask the webmaster if someone else is using a User Name you would like to have, or did you already set up an account with that name.

BTW-There are some restictions there about how many accounts you can set-up (I think it is one). As I cannot set-up a "OLCD" account and must post all my messages under my "GamingOre" account.
