You are correct Mel. However, my definition of a collector is "one whose primary purpose is the accumulation of as many items as possible in their collecting speciality" whereas a dealer is "one whose primary interest is obtaining and reselling items at a profit". Note the term "primary". I have chips to trade and sell also, but primarily to support my goals of accumulating more chips.
