I never saw a craps table anywhere in Tunica for less than $3.

At a $3 craps table, a fractional 50 cents is created. However, if they were going to offer that it seems to me they would use a 50 cent chip (most casinos use half dollars) rather than a 25 cent chip.

I'm not seeing the need for a 25 cent chip at the table. Anyone else?
