IMO, It'll never happen, so don't stress; I've yet to see a cd case with all the chips perfectly flat...you'll go nuts trying! Leave the case in its wrapper and put the chips into airtites.
Case in point: Palms Playboys...I just checked 'em all from the 5s to 100s and there's at least one cockeyed playmate in each (then again, I've always been partial to cockeyed playmates ).
BUT- you'll never have this problem if you buy the O'Sheas car set in the jewel case...just do what I did and sand down the Ralph's rustbucket chip until it fit...
