I wanted to put this up at the top so you might see it.

Belonging to this organization is an experience you will never forget. We all have a passion for collecting but there is something that goes deeper. It's friendship, having a good time, and being pretty tightly woven.

People in this club look out for each other, we cry together and we laugh together. We celebrate our friends accomplishments, the good things that happen to us. We do alot of laughing, it's the best medicine. We also band together when one of us is in pain and agony.

A year and a half ago I thoughtI was going to watch my newborn granddaughter die. I posted a hysteric message here about losing her. I had no strength at the moment. The outpouring of love and prayer from this club had me in tears. I believe that it was the power of prayer from our community and this chipboard that allowed us to see a MIRACLE happen. It was beyond belief. There was no reason in this world she should have recovered as she did. Today, 100% Normal and above average for her age...GO FIGURE!!!

If that doesn't do it for you...Well, just here on this board you have instant responses from the folks that wrote the books, the experts in each collecting field and within many other collecting fields that embody Gaming Collectibles. They are always around to answer any question you might have. Where else could you get that...you don't even have to belong to be on the chipboard...

Membership..the big part of your huge $20.00 investment is for your copy of the Club Magazine. 4 Issues a year at $5.00 apiece. Where else can you get a deal like that..Allan Anderson is making it even bigger and better and it is getting to be a major event every mailing.

The Convention: I am going into my 4th year as a member and this will be my third convention..It's like old home week, alot of hugging, haggling, and a time you can't believe.
Heck, I am not thought of as a chip collector but because of some of the friendships I have made I have started that too. Ah, the slippery slope...I love it!!

Overall, it's the people!!! I have collected in a number of different areas. The backstabbing, the lying, the cheating...just drove me away. It goes on here but to a very small extent. Because of the club you get to know the SCUMBAGS!! This organization is beyond belief!!

For the price of a round of drinks for a few friends vs a CCGTCC card in my pocket...I'd do both but if I couldn't, I know what my choice would be.

Dave, apparently you are a member...if you are agonizing over re-upping, I don't know why...
