So, does the post office sell $.49 stamps? Or $.12 for that matter? If not, I wonder why. I would bet that lots of chippers do like I do and waste postage. I usually put a $.60 on there because it's the closest I can make from the stamps I have on hand, which are usually $.37 and $.23.
I've looked in the USPS online store and don't find any combination that easily makes $.49.
