For roulette harvesters

While at the AC chapter meeting on Sunday I heard an interesting anecdote on roulette harvesting. This chipper happens to also be a big time blackjack player. While at the Taj Mahal (I think this is the casino), he asked the casino (cage?) manager if he could buy some roulette chips. To make a long story short, he walked the chipper to each table (there are 15 tables) and plunked down $7 for one of each chip. The complete 105 piece set cost him $105. The manager at this point walked over to the cage and wrote out a voucher for $105. Grand cost: $0.0. Anybody try this method of harvesting roulette chips?
