I was told last week that the actual Ballys and Grand takeover would be June 1st. They are still using the old slot club so I belive this is true. Ballys has two years to change the name. The Grand is more of a mystery. Could stay Grand or become Harrahs, Caesars or Rio depending on who you listen to.
