In April 2005, an affiliate of Colony Capital, LLC completed the acquisition of the purchase Harrah's Tunica (renamed Resorts Tunica), Bally's Tunica, the Atlantic City Hilton and Harrah's East Chicago (renamed Resorts East Chicago) from Harrah's Entertainment, Inc. and Caesars Entertainment. One of the few private investment firms licensed in gaming, Colony Capital also owns Resorts Atlantic City and the Las Vegas Hilton. These six casino properties comprise a new gaming group marketed as "Resorts Destinations."

It appears that Bally's will keep the same name. I do not know if they will change the chips but I certainly hope they do
