I have the Taylor record from Herz that I got quite some time ago. I was told the same as you when I got the green JPC. I never trust a sellers word on illegals if I can get an ID card. They will tell you anything to sell a chip. Someone told you the HPC was Hyde Park, ask them to prove it.
