this is way different than anything I did. If you combine the item price and shipping for my auctions, you get $7.50 total for 4 chips shipped! In contrast, at the rate of this seller, you would spend over $15 for the same 4 chips!! That must be some real good customer service!!

I am selling for 50% off the competition and you tell me I am "low-balling the chip prices, and trying to gouge people with excessive shipping"?? That is crazy and way off base!! I don't know where your motivation came from to pick on me but I'll be happy when you pick another target.

I have perfect feedback not by accident but because I offer a good price for good stuff, I ship next day with more than necessary protection for the merchandise. I have always used new bubble mailers for all ebay chip sales, not some beat up old envelope stapled up 3 times and taped all around with 3 different return address labels half ripped off like some people. I usually include something extra in the shipment as well, just to go beyond the agreement for the sale.

It is the 1st-time buyers who are the ones that I am questioniong about there decision to buy from this guy. Regardless of how you carry out a sale in an effort to retain repeat customers, that does nothing for those people who are scrolling through the listings, only comparing the item price and can't see all the other info and shipping price. The hard part is trying to get new customers to try you out, and I was just confused as to how he overcame this.

I congratulate him for his succsses on because I know how frustrating it is to try and stand out of the crowd of sellers. The truth is I only wish I could sell those chips at those prices.
