I tried to save the member logo to my hard drive and then open it with Adobe Photo Deluxe to add my membership number. Adobe wouldn't recognize the file the first time I did it because it had a file extension of .art. I tried saving it as .jpg but Adobe couldn't open it due to a "parsing problem" with the jpeg format. Can someone please guide this technically challenged chipper?
