I agree with Richard. I have been calling this chip "Body By Fisher" since I first saw the USPC photos by Howdy Herz & Dale Seymour. We once had a 1952 Buick Roadmaster two-toned, dark green and metalic gold, with this logo on the wheel. It is indeed possible that the Flint Club was connected with General Motors, Inc. and used their logo.
