The post mark of Nov 28th is written in stone as far as I know. All nominees to date have been notified if they have email. The last two snail mail letters of notification will go out tomorrow. There still could be a few arrive in the next couple of days that will meet the deadline.

I will post the nominees sometime this week after the 28th deadline can no longer be met.
