It's a new site with very little listed so far. The process is the Chinese Auction. The listed price is lowered so much each period until someones sealed bid is hit or someone on line says buy at the current offer. Idea is OK, but remains to be seen if there is enough interest to reach critical mass.

I got the email also but have not tried to register. Just looked at some lots.
