Your case appears to be made. This is not for the Ebay police but for Ebay. Failure to deliver the product shown [or a better chip] is fraudulent. The dealer may have made an honest mistake, putting one of them in the wrong post. But in addition to the negative feedback, you had best contact Ebay.
