Hi Skip,

I guess you could say that but I think it goes futher to include
greed and the dont give a crap attitude of a couple people. Meaning
these few people have found some very good chips the last few years
and have through stupidity and greed have destroyed the credibility
of some GREAT chips. Sorry for the rant.
