If you click on both of these sites you will notice that the identical chip is shown (note placement of scratches). Obviously that exact same chip could not be sold twice. The winner of the first auction (me) did not receive the chip shown. The chip delivered had only 2 letters and a trace of a third visible, obviously of much lesser value that the pictured chip which shows all 5 letters. I emailed Dean on Tuesday asking for an exchange of chips. I also emailed him on Friday. As of now, I have not received a response. Any suggestions?
