The King of Clubs is an example of the steel free play tokens that several clubs used 20-30 years ago. They couldn't be redeemed, only played on a special machine. Treasury, Vegas World, and others had similar tokens. They are mostly rusty by now.

I don't know about the Claim Stake token but it looks like a key chain giveaway.
