You can use cash by simply doing a PayPal bank transfer and be completely protected. I certainly hope nobody is actually sending cash through the mail.

They are simply asking for trouble. There is no real protection for the foolish. Folks who pay appropriately for online transactions bear no risk. Insurance, postage, and other costs are simply a waste of money.
