And I'll repeat myself, because before the book came out James C wrote me and said they had droped the 100 point scale. BRAVO!

About the "official" name. Next time you go to the local bookstore or bookseller, look for "The Official Guide to..." which is a registered tradmark of House of Collectibles. I don't know how Schiffer did this one, but it's sure close. Anyway, it's the publishers title for the book, and we can always call it the C&W book.
