Here's my two cents: I don't think a distiction is being made between the "normal" state of our hobby and the new changes caused by the internet. In any group of humans, there's going to be some who think everything is wrong. I don't know that anything has changed other than the creation of the internet which has allowed anyone to post anything. Certainly the most disgruntled are more likely to be prolific authors on these chat boards. I believe too much importance is given to these individuals. When someone vents their issue on these boards in either a personal or unconstructive manner, then perhaps simply ignoring the post is best. Many members seem to have adopted that strategy.
