I've even tried just scanning the card (forget the sign-up packet; I think the problem is the red and shiny gold. There doesn't seem to be a way to show it clearly and get anywhere near the required size to upload it.

Personally, I think this is a pretty snazzy slot card; Wynn (in script), and LAS VEGAS are in shiny gold, even the swipe stip on the back is gold...
