BJ still has one of best odds of any game you will be playing in any casino. If you follow basic strategy the house take is about 0.2%. The pass line at craps starts at 1.41% and goes down depending on how much odds you play. You can get it down to the BJ level but who wants to play with 100 times odds every bet? That means on a typical nite you can bet $5 at BJ and lose 0.2% or $.01. Or you can play craps, bet $505 and lose the same 0.2%. But how many $505 bets can you afford to lose before giving up for the nite? I like Craps as much as the next guy but just can't afford the high variablility in the game.
