I would NEVER deal with Vic based upon the experiences that others have related about their past dealings with Vic. Paul is just the latest "VIC"tim....another "lost in the mail" excuse. Be aware of Vic's past dealings with Wayne, Charles, Justin and now Paul...and I would wager to say that there are more. Steve B
