The first giveaway is the dates on the inlay, Borland did this on purpose when he made these souvenir chips. The seccond giveaway, when coupled with the opening and closing years of the casino is the Nevada mold. Bill Borland owned the Nevada chip mold, made his own commemorative chips of closed casinos, sold them in the Club magazine in the late 80's- early 90's for $2 each. Two bucks is what your example is worth. ...I like the half-pie split on the colors, maybe it's worth three or four bucks.
