I myself am partial to Phil Helmuth's book "There's Always Time to WHINE". Of particular interest, are the forty-six chapters on complaining about the bad breaks one can encounter and how your skills are so much better than everyone else's. The updated version even has directions on how to correctly pace, mumble and throw-up your hands. Fascinating reading.... Steve B
