Larry; I'm not requiring anybody to do anything but to submit a nomination. I'm offering them an option in the event they chose not to submit a nomination.... based on a recommendation I received from a club member who suggested it. It's the member's choice on how he/she wants to pariticpate. I don't understand why this is such a big issue. You seem to be the only one who is pressing the matter and I simply don't understand why. What is your point? I guess I'm the one who doesn't get it.
