Copy the starting hands charts and review them on the plane. That is the best low limit hold 'em book, imho (but, I haven't read Sklansy's new small limit book yet -- has anyone else??). I also recommend the 2 Lou Krieger Hold 'Em Excellence books (they get a bit more advanced). Have a great time!
