Boy, now I'm really confused. The chip Chuck showed has no dollar value printed on it. It's not redeemable for cash. It has no value as cash. No cash value. Now, when casinos put an actual number on a chip, and that number is not the value the casino will redeem the chip for in cash at the cage, they usually print the words, "No Cash Value" on the chip to protect themselves. But what about these chips? Are these NCVs? I have heard the club convention chip referred to as an NCV. Is there a clear, established definition of the term?
