Got that scam last week and as always:

If you ever have a question about any e-mail, send it to the website...normally the address (and in this case it is) spoof@ .com

AND always type the web address in your browser or use a link in your browser you trust. Never follow a link in an e-mail, even if you recognize the sender as a friend...could be a virus on their machine sending the e-mail and bogus link.
