My Dad was a food broker and had about 10 salesmen working for him in AZ,SoCal, NV. He had three basic rules: never hire anyone who smokes a pipe, drives an American Motors car (this was a while ago... ), or wasn't honorably discharged from the service. Probably the only one of those that applies to Home Depot is the pipe.
