I received a very polite message from the seller and she said she looked closer and wasn't sure about the inlay being a label or ceramic.

She also ended the auction early until she could look into it more.

I say that she deserves to be complimented for admitting there might be a mistake and for shutting down the auction.

There was someone running a Commercial Hotel Elko token last week as RARE and from 1970. When I asked, the guy changed the auction listing and said I couldn't read. He never admitted that it was a current token and he was blowing smoke.

Problem with the guy seller is that he's a regular token seller and frequents this BB and the strike BB.

Next time I'll capture the page first and then write so he can't cover his tracks.
