Re: Internet Images

As I don't know what the image was for the auction item.

THIS COULD BE VERY DANGEROUS TO THE SELLER.

Not knowing that your URL for your chip scan was being used on another site for an auction. What would happen if you had a scan of Harrah's $25 chip TCR# N5124 originally on your site as "harrah25.gif" Then later scanned TCR# N7165 and loaded this scan to your web site using the same "harrah25.gif" filename. The seller on the auction site describes the chip only as an OBSOLETE $25 chip and refers potential buyers to see the scan and has a resonable starting price for the chip he has but receives bids far exceding his wildest dreams, not noticing that the chip scan on the aution site has changed.

Anyone using your scan on an auction site would be showing a scan which is not the original chip which you had on your web site(and not the chip the seller is selling), although the chip is almost identical except for the insert colors which the "Cream" has turned to "Green" and the pictured chip has a higher value in The Chip Rack.

Anyone can now see that using someone else's URL without permission and even with permission can be hazardous.
