In the past, he's tried to explain that the reason he gouged me on postage and handling was "Profit, pure and simple," which translates to a customer service strategy of "We screw the other guy, and pass the savings on to you," or "I screwed you last time, but I've got a great deal for you now." He's stupid enough for it to make sense to him, and he can't understand why none of the rest of us are falling for his scam.

He's now very much interested in "wet" chips, which is probably very ironic, since he seems to have a moderate to severe drinking problem.
