I've had this token since the early 90s. My notes have it as from the Flamingo Club, a.k.a. 633 Club, in Newport, Kentucky. It's 21mm diameter, and I believe a nickel slot machine token. Can anyone confirm my attribution?

Front & back are the same, but I'm showing both sides anyway. I didn't adjust the color on purpose. The age patina on this token is beautiful!
