No matter how hard I try I just cant get used to it!!....I spent two days at the Tropicana in AC last week. I am a rabid fan of video poker. The machines I like to seek out are the ones still left that accept and pay out in coins. Over the
course of those two days I must have played about
10 machines. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM the SAME
Thing HAPPENED. I hit the cashout button, a few
coins dropped out and then the humming noise.
HOPPER EMPTY..CALL ATTENDANT!!..The attendant came over opens the machine and the machine is
empty.....Had to wait for a fill every time it was so aggravating!!...Bottom Line I was told, the house is very quickly moving away from the coins and the machines I played will soon be replaced......Man I wish I was the guy who emptied those machines!! BTW the new building called "The Quarter" is absolutely fabulous...The shops and restauarants are by far
the best I've seen in AC.....Rich
