I've captured your image and resized it using my Paint Shop Pro 5.0 program.

I am not sure how you made your original image. Camera or Scanner. Most scanners have software where you can capture the image in percentages of size.

If it's a digital camera you should be able to set the image pixel size. Your original image is set at 1236 x 714. Your camera should have a setting to make the pixel sizes smaller.

Or you can do as I have and put the image into a graphics or picture editor and resize it.
