What you are saying, in effect, is that any picture of anything, is copyrighted. Say for instance any collectible, a picture of the cover of a book, a picture of a Micky Mouse hat, a picture of a collectors plate... you get the idea.

I think there is a provision for using images of items for illustration, although we haven't really gotten into that on the BB. Now one of the lawyers can give you the facts!
