IMO if it were pulled immediately on issue to be replaced using the corrected date, with only a few reaching collectors and the rest being destroyed, then it would be a rarity. Otherwise, if all 600 are the same, I fail to see where the rarity comes into play, notwithstanding the relatively low number issued.
