It hit me from my sister in Tanzania last night. Given that she owns a safari company, and it could have been a legitmate executable file, I opened it, and we are seeing the results now. My sincerest apologies to any and everyone who has been and will be affected by this virus. The Norton link only goes so far. I've tried deleting the WINDOWS\SYSTEM\FILES32.VXD after modifying the registry entry file, and my laptop refuses access to the system file to delete it.

Any insight that you can give is most appreciated. The worm came from France about six months ago, but is only now being resent from some source.
