Good catch on your part. I asked the seller about it, was told that's a different rack of chips. The Tilt chips have inlays on both sides. Manufactured by the Blue Chip company- somebody highly reguarded on this site told me that he wasn't too impressed with their chip quality.

I searched on those chips, the seller started out selling racks for $79 a couple of days ago, jumped up to $99 yesterday and then later in the day started pawning them for $149 a rack and then $199! They didn't stick around too long. Sold 15 racks yesterday at those higher prices.
