I'm reaching deep into my memory banks here so take this with a grain of umm, what's that saying? I can't remember. Anyway, I think I remember a big sign that said Last Chance, but I'm not sure it was the name of the casino.

Could it have been Pop's Oasis?

Pop's was a tiny little place that did have chips and closed in the late 1980's. They may have had a Last Chance sign or billboard on their property.
