Fred, you have discovered the best part of this hobby, the people in it. While I was unable to attend last year's convention, I did make it to the Reno show in September, the Chipper's Cruise in October, The Palms show in November, the Superbowl show last month and the Atlantic City Club meeting, also last month.

While I did pick up a few chips at each of these events, the real motivation for my attending all of them was knowing I'd be spending time with the friends I've made in this hobby. The Atlantic City meeting was of particular relevance. I finally got to meet in person a few folks (Bob Touts was on the top of the list) that have been my friends for a number of years.
