I don't know the chip and it's hard to give info when there's no scan to look at. However, this would be the only TK mold at the El Dorado, Las Vegas... would make the attribution suspect unless there is other information. Also, there are only 16 general use TK mold chips listed for Nevada in TCR. Could be from an old California club, but Eastman doesn't list this one that I can see.
