Rich; Regarding your question on electronic voting next year... I can't give you a definitive yes or no answer. I guess it will be up to whomever is appointed the COTY/TOTY Chairman next year. If it is me, I wouldn't know how to go about setting such a system up. Many posters to this board who claim to be club members are reluctant to give their real names... or use false ones. Also, it would require a lot of cross checking with the club membership officer to determine who is a club member and who is not.... who is paid up and who is not, etc. Eligibility is a problem. I've tried to make the process as simple as possible. It's very obvious there are those who disagree. Hope I've answered your question candidly. Now see that?
