Bob, Don't you think this has gone on long enough?? When the COTY/TOTY started there was a survey taken. The result of this survey showed there were many members that had NO interest in being a part of it.
This is the same thing as a beauty contest, such as Miss America for instance.
Candidates are selected and a number of judges survey the candidates and each votes their choice. The votes are tallied and the winner is announced.
In our "contest" each individual member decides if they care to be a judge or not. Now you come along and insist the club incure the expense of sending ballots to every member weather they have any interest in being a judge or not.
It just does not make good sence to do someting like that.

Black, and yet you continually rag on him as if he is the only one in the whole organization that had anything to do with setting it up.

We all still try to do the best we can for the entire organization as a whole, and no one individual is any more important than any other individual.
